Xin Heng Physical Therapy Clinic specializes in orthopedic injuries to the spine and extremities. We have heard from those who had poor experiences with physiotherapy in the past, such as less than 15 mins time with the therapist, limited hands-on treatment, and non specific exercise prescriptions. This is not uncommon in Taiwan, but it is not what our profession represents. Our therapists will listen to your goals and needs in our one-on-one sessions and provide customized treatment program for you.

Techniques we use:

Deep Tissue Massage/Myofascial Release- Used to release a tight or injured muscle/ tendon/ligament that is causing pain or discomfort.

Joint Mobilization- Used to restore range of motion and flexibility for an injured joint.
